The ParaSport International (PSI) base is 15 minutes west of the City of Calgary, and 30 minutes from the international airport, in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada.
We have established key partnerships with the Canadian Sport Institute Alberta (CSIAB) -sport science and medicine, and the Spray Lake Sport Centre (SLS) -a complete training facility.
Our base of operations is the ParaSport International Centre of Excellence, providing opportunities at the provincial, national and international level in both summer and winter sport.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all. Our solutions are customized to your specific needs.
Quality isn’t just a buzzword for us. It’s an integral part of our workflow, ensuring that all our deliverables meet the highest standards.
The Canadian Sport Institute Alberta is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and educating athletes, coaches and sport science professionals. The CSIAB aspires to ensure that everyone who works with them receives the support they need to succeed in sport and life.
CSIAB provides sport science and support that enable and inspire life-changing performances. Their approach to providing performance solutions is sport specific and focused on the individualized needs of athletes. The CSIAB's multi-disciplinary and centralized service delivery model relies on four pillars critical to helping athletes achieve their goals. These include athlete health, sport intelligence, sport science solutions and research and innovation.
The partnership relationship between ParaSport International and the CSIAB is an important part of what we can deliver to our clients through the leadership and direction of our Sport Science and Medicine Director, Carolyn Taylor.
The Spray Lake Sport (SLS) Centre provides all areas of training, including weight room facilities, running track, pool, gymnasiums, ice rinks, and other support services. ParaSport International will continue to expand upon this relationship, extending the collaboration to include hosting national and international competitions.
The SLS Centre, as a Town of Cochrane facility, also connects ParaSport International to the community as an integral sport partner. We have established a number of extended relationships with event straits in mind, including the Cochrane Tourism Association, Travel Alberta (the provincial tourism partner), and our provincial Ministry of Tourism and Sport.
